Norfolk- Betty Carolyn Shealy passed away May 13, 2021.

A resident of Norfolk for 65 years, she was a devoted Christian and a founding member of Christ Lutheran Church.

She was predeceased by her husband Vernon L. Shealy of 62 years. Survivors include her son, Mickey Shealy and wife Judith; daughter, Debra C. Shealy Ingham; and grandchildren, Dr. Jeffrey Carter-Johnson and wife Dr. Jennifer Carter-Johnson, and Gavin Ingham.
