Barr, brothers David, Ray, and Donald Barr, her sisters Barbara Akers and Sharon Bryant, and her son Eric “Bubba” Partin. She leaves behind her husband Leonard E. “Lynn” Woodcock who loved her very much, her daughters Amanda Nebrotskie (Lee), Susie Doggett (Al), and Amy Rogers, her grandchildren Lee and Caleb Nebrotskie, Aris Nguyen, James, and Jacob Huff, Joshua Scott, Lauren Cole, Aaliyah Jackson, Claire and Julia Rogers, her great grandchildren Isla, Estella, and Asa Cole her siblings Paul Barr, Becky Davis, and Ann Whitt as well as countless nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
Her eldest grandchild, Lee Nebrotskie, summed her essence up perfectly when he said:
“One of the lights of my life has gone out. And no matter how wild that flame flickered, how much it singed you, or set others ablaze, the world is still darker without it. I love you Grandma, and I wish, with all my heart, I could tell you that just one more time”
In Lieu of flowers the family would ask that donations be made by planting a tree in Jeannie’s honor.
