Memorial Gifts & Donations

It is with Great saddness that we announce that Branden Renfrow, 67, passed away peacefully at home on August 1, 2022 after a brief illness. He leaves behind his mom Mrs. Ria Renfrow of Norfolk, cousin Mrs. Lee Tomberlin of Williamsburg and other extended family.
He was preceded in death by his dad A.V. Renfrow and his sister Cheryl Renfrow Daniels.
Branden will be deeply and forever missed by all who knew him. He is remembered for his boisterous sense of humor, his quick wit and piercing intelligence; which never left him.
Branden’s greatest joy was his family and friends. He loved family holidays; he loved to laugh, and he doted on all of us. He was a generous and gracious man. We will miss him so much.

I was so sorry to see Brandon’s passing. From middle school through high school he was such a friendly, upbeat, and happy person. My fondest memory of him is before there were cell phones, in middle school, he would call me just to chat, my Mother would answer, and he called her Sophia, told her her voice sounded like Sophia Loren, which she just loved. I hope he lived a happy life after those school years and am sorry for his family’s loss.

I worked with Branden at DC6088 for many years. His sense of humor made a lot of those long work nights go by so much easier. He was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. God’s speed my friend.

I met Branden while working at Wal-mart distribution center. He was one of the first people I met when I relocated from Utah to Virginia. He and I developed a friendship that lasted 19 years. We
often spent time sitting at his home reminiscing about our pasts and talking about current events. He and I shared a love for music. Bread, John Denver and so many more. He will be greatly missed but, our memories will live in my heart. Love you B
