Memorial Gifts & Donations
Norfolk- Carol D. Haynes, 61, of Norfolk Virginia, passed away peacefully on 7/6/2023 surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of Robert and Karen Arbaugh and sibling of Greg and Robert Arbaugh. She married Todd Haynes December 15th, 1990, and is survived by him, 4 beautiful daughters Samantha, Jessica, Jacquline, Jennifer and 5 amazing grandchildren Connor, Mason, Gavin, Xander and Madison. Carol served a rewarding 23 years in the United States Navy, retiring as an LDO Lieutenant. Once retired she continued to serve the Hampton Roads community as Vice President of Operations for Childrens Health Investment Program (CHIP). She was loved by all and helped anyone with anything at any time. We know she is flying high and free in fields of sunflowers, daisies, and hummingbirds…and keeping an eye on all of us. The family ask that instead of flowers please make any donations to the Arthrogryposis Foundation in her oldest grandson’s name, Connor Hurst, at www.amcsupport.org/donate. A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be determined by her family. Condolences may be expressed at www.candfservices.com.
Love you to the moon and back forever and ever!
