Norfolk- Kevin Hankins, 59, passed away on October 1, 2021. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. The greatest joys in his life were his four kids, and seven grandkids. To get to know and understand Kevin, was to love him. His humor, sarcasm, friendship, and love will be greatly missed. With the recent wins, Kevin would like to know “Howboutdem Cowboys?!”.
