On Monday August 14, 2023 Earl L. Belle at the age of 66 peacefully slipped away to be with the Lord.  He was born on March 26, 1957 in Summerton, SC to the late Annie Mae Belle and Frank Belle.  Earl attended Scott Branch High School.  After graduation he moved to New York where he worked for the State of New York until he retired.  Earl accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Suzanne Thomas.

Left to cherish Earl’s memory are siblings; Elizabeth Thomas of Florida, Shirley Belle of Richmond, VA, Sarah Madkins (Hollis) of Queens, NY, Mollie Yvonne Connors (Steve) of Thomasville, NC, and Thomas L Belle of Elliot, SC.  Also left to cherish his memory are uncle Charlie Canty of Newport News, VA, god son Jaquan Forrest of Norfolk, VA, a special cousin Shirley Franklin of Norfolk, VA and a host of nieces and nephews.
