Frankie and I want to extend our deepest condolences to Herbert’s family. Growing up with him and being involved in far too many of his high jinks I can only imagine that if he is in Heaven, as Sharon suggests, he’s probably on the verge of getting kicked out for running a craps game.
Rest in Heaven Herbert. I will always remember “twisting the night away” and dancing to Elvis Presley when we were too young to go to bars and dance halls in your parents home on Delco Road. Our family’s spent a lot of time together growing up in Bayville Park.
