Jane and I grew up on the same street. Although we didn’t stay in touch over the years, it is difficult to hear this news. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends who will miss her dearly.💔
Jane was always the brightest light in the room at many of our United Way committee meetings and beyond. No matter what the situation she always brought out the best and constantly had a huge smile on her face. Please know that she made a huge impact to the community and the City of Virginia Beach. Love and prayers for each of her family members. I’m so sorry for your loss. Ellen Burns.
