Brittany and I are incredibly saddened for your entire family and pray that you all find peace in seeing how many people were positively affected by Mike’s life. I enjoyed the conversations that we had and it was obvious how much he would light up when the grandkids were around him. Although I didn’t see Mike regularly, I will absolutely never forget spending the day with him and Jason in Minneapolis and celebrating the UVA championship together. I was very sorry to hear about mike’s passing. I worked with him at Distinctive Event Rentals and he helped me to get a job at W. E. Curling I will always be grateful for him doing that. He was a good friend, a hard worker, and was known to joke around a time or two throughout the day. I was glad to him have as a friend. He will be missed my thought and prayers go out to his family.

Diane, Jennifer & family, I am at a loss for words! My only hope is that you all know God will see you through the dark days!! I will always carry precious memories of you all in my heart! I remember dinners, swimming and the love Mike & Diane’s showed for both of my children. Praying for you.
We were so shocked and saddened to hear of Mike’s passing. We have many Atlantic Beach memories with our large beach family. Our love and prayers are with all of the family.
