Sara Jane Smith-Druzbick passed away on October 14^th at the age of 90.  She was born in Colon, Republic of Panama on August 21, 1933 to the late Paul Moore and Thelma Webb Clyde of Pensacola, Fl.  She was pre-deceased by her loving husband of 28 years, VADM Carol C. Smith, Jr. in 1983. In 1999 she wed John Druzbick and is survived by him.

Sara was a very active member of Eastern Shore Chapel Episcopal Church for many years. She served on numerous committees as well as working in the Church book store. She spent earlier years working at the Life Saving Museum, Stein Mart, and the Pavilion Convention Center.

She is also survived by four children. Paul R. Smith (Jo Ann) of Salt Lake City, UT, Carol C. Smith, III (Kim) of Yorktown, Va., Arthur M. Smith of Stafford, Va. and Laura S. Huisman of Midlothian, Va. She gained two bonus daughters when she married John. Carol L. Druzbick (Steve) of Vienna, Va. and Marybeth Druzbick (Eric) of Sylva, NC. She was blessed with seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren as well as five bonus grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 9^th at 11:00 am at the Eastern Shore Chapel Episcopal Church followed by a reception in the parish hall.
