Dale was a real pistol! I always laughed at our visits, and one thing was ALWAYS clear: she was going to do things HER way. She had a tough skin but also had some soft spots. I’ll miss her, and extend my condolences to her family.
Dale was my customer at Allstate for 20 years and we had many jokes together (some a little “non-repeatable” but I loved them!). I will miss talking with her every month.
