Both times the experience was exactly what one would want in a time of deep sadness and grief--tremendous efficiency, honesty, empathy, knowledge, caring, and patience. Any other time I have had dealings with funeral homes, I've felt as if there was a huge mark-up, upsell, monopolistic practices, and quite frankly, taking advantage of people in their time of greatest need. That is not AT ALL what this company is like. They are upfront and open about their charges, and didn't have add-ons and upcharges. Because we needed to travel internationally with the cremains, they were clear in explaining the regulations and procedures to do so. They respected the religious beliefs and need for expedited service and helped us to get all of the paperwork sorted in a timely manner. I literally have not one negative thing to say about them. I am thrilled that Christy Crews has taken over for Eric Stewart after his retirement. Eric was so wonderful in November, so our standard and expectations were high this time, and Christy delivered perfectly. Thank you so much. You are angels. read less
